Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on data-driven products and services
  • Proven track record of success in developing and launching successful data products in the AdTech or a related industry
  • Deep understanding of data monetization strategies, including data licensing, data partnerships, and value-added services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience with data governance, data quality, and data privacy best practices
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of the AdTech ecosystem, including programmatic advertising, ad servers, DSPs, SSPs, and DMPs
  • Experience with data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive data product strategy aligned with overall business objectives
  • Identify and prioritize new data product opportunities based on market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis
  • Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and set clear success metrics for data product launches
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to effectively communicate the value proposition of data products to customers
  • Ensure the highest standards of data quality, security, and privacy across all data products
  • Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to improve data quality and ensure data accuracy
  • Work closely with engineering, data science, sales, marketing, and legal teams to ensure successful product development and go-to-market execution
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
  • Effectively communicate product vision and strategy to internal and external audiences
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in data monetization, data privacy, and the broader AdTech landscape
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners and influencers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence applications in AdTech
  • Experience with big data platforms like Hadoop or Spark
  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree
