Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in product management, with at least 1 year experience in a technical domain.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
- Strong understanding of the enterprise software landscape and the challenges faced by enterprise customers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a must.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and pain points.
- Translate customer needs into actionable product requirements and roadmaps.
- Prioritize features and functionality based on market research, customer feedback, technical feasibility, and business goals.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to design, build, and maintain platform capabilities such as infrastructure, user experiences, integrations, APIs, and data pipelines.
- Define usage specifications and drive adoption.
- Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards including managing dependencies.
- Develop and communicate the product feature roadmap to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze product performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and translate them into product opportunities.
- Create compelling product presentations and partner with go-to-market teams to develop materials to drive adoption.
