Requirements

  • 8+ years of proven-experience in Product Design, Interaction Design, or a related field, ideally with exposure to regulatory, financial, or international policy design.
  • Deep proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD), with the ability to move fluidly from low-fidelity concepts to polished, production-ready hand-off files.

  • Advocate for inclusive, accessible, and globally relevant design practices that reflect eBay’s diverse customer base and dedication to equitable solutions.
