Requirements
- 8+ years in product design capacity at a technology-driven organization
- Experience transforming product objectives into impactful solutions
- Strong working relationship with engineers and technical understanding
- Experience partnering closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Data Science
- Strong communication skills for articulating design decisions
- Skilled in creating high-fidelity prototypes and conducting usability testing
- Genuine interest in building accessible and inclusive products
- Excellence in information architecture and interaction design
- Expertise with Figma and prototyping
Responsibilities
- Partner with product, engineering, data science, and marketing to identify and ship meaningful impacts on key areas of Spring’s member experience
- Ship high quality MVPs and stand up totally new products
- Design solutions to test hypotheses and gain signals for further improvements
- Help everyone across the organization understand design decisions and progress through high quality documentation and guidance
- Combine empathy, curiosity, and inspiration to develop unique approaches that differentiate Spring
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working on consumer-facing products and experiences
- Experience prototyping motion to improve experiences
- Excitement about mental health
- Has worked for a B2B2C company model
- Front-end development skills
