Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a help desk person or customer support team. Without a Degree, 4 years of direct experience
- Experience with ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through support to customer issues and needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide end user support for a custom application that is used by 3000+ users.
- Support users with application configuration, configuration resets, data export, application use and other end user questions.
- Work with people to understand an application that requires a level of expertise to operate.
- Provide clear explanations and demonstrate patience with user issues.
- Respond quickly to user inquiries.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Mobile application support
- Experience providing the “customers” voice to the testing process
