Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience. Computer Science or Computer Engineering Preferred.
- 7+ years of relevant and practical experience.
- Any relevant IT Certification.
- Networking experience in an Enterprise environment including Cisco and/or Cisco Meraki switch and wireless administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- WAN & Internet design and configurations for high availability and load balancing.
- Experience with network design and lifecycle.
- Advanced level understanding of other network technologies including DNS, DHCP, Load balancing, and cloud networking.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on servers, networks, and other infrastructure components to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide technical support for infrastructure-related issues, diagnose problems, and implement solutions promptly.
- Assist in deploying and configuring new infrastructure components, ensuring they meet business requirements and standards.
- Implement and manage monitoring tools to track the health and performance of the infrastructure and respond to alerts and incidents.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline infrastructure management tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure that infrastructure components are secure and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
- Work closely with other IT teams, including development, operations, and security, to ensure seamless integration and support of infrastructure services.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Monitor and optimize WAN and internet performance to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with IT teams to support network-related needs and projects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers and managed service provider.
- Participate in strategic planning for network infrastructure and technology initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
