Requirements
- 8+ years professional experience in content-focused roles with 6+ of those years on in-product UX content
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in English, journalism, communications, marketing, human-centered interaction, or related field
- Experience leading the design process from early concept to launch
- Experience developing a product content strategy for web and mobile, including designing for accessibility and inclusivity
Responsibilities
- Drives key features, products, or initiatives based on company priorities
- Build scalable solutions that set team standards
- Drive a cohesive product narrative and end-to-end consistency in partnership with marketing and customer support teams
- Ensure content is accessible and inclusive, and collaborate with the Localization team to scale content for global markets.
