Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in analytics engineering or related data roles
- Strong experience managing/leading SQL/Python
- Strong experience managing/leading data modeling
- Strong experience managing/leading ETL/ELT
- Strong experience managing/leading Cloud Warehouses
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Ability to collaborate with other data team members and non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, reliable, and well-documented data models and pipelines
- Act as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams
- Lead the evolution of our data warehouse architecture, analytics engineering workflows, and BI layer
- Collaborate closely with data analysts, data scientists, and data engineers to define and maintain trusted metrics
- Drive best practices in metric development, testing frameworks, lineage tracking, and documentation standards
- Serve as a subject matter expert and thought partner in strategic, cross-functional initiatives
