Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and reconciliations
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards (GAAP)
- Collaborate with project managers and operational staff on financial tracking and reporting
- (Bonus) Utilize job costing knowledge to allocate costs accurately across projects or departments
- Support external audit and tax preparation activities
