Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in a related field.
- Experience in one or more of the following: Software development (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
- ServiceNow administration or development.
- Infrastructure management and troubleshooting (Linux, APIs, databases).
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proven ability to establish collaborative relationships and work effectively within a team.
- Dependable with a strong commitment to client service and operational excellence.
- Ability to respond effectively during technical emergencies and outages.
Responsibilities
- Improve system reliability and performance through automation and operational enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow and infrastructure issues.
- Develop and maintain observability tools and dashboards.
- Support on-call rotations and incident response.
- Contribute to documentation and continuous process improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow administration or development skills (training available for successful candidates).
- Experience working in a financial services environment is not required; candidates from all industries are encouraged to apply.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and automation experience.
- Familiarity with observability tools and practices.
