Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 3 years of LTL related experience
Responsibilities
- Procure LTL services to offer best in class solutions for prospective and existing customers
- Develop applications that support Carrier Bids and other customer requested tools
- Prepare and analyze customer data for preparations for Carrier negotiations ‘Statistical Analysis’ (Analysis of bid data, carrier classifications, year over year comparisons)
- Ad Hoc reporting for Pricing Renewals / New business purposes Identify new carriers to add to the core carrier base or to migrate from non-strategic to strategic roles
- Provide Operations regular KPI analytics Evaluate bid compliance by analyzing actual results versus the response provided in the bid
- Bridge the gap between Uber Freight Operations and the Carrier to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities Conduct carrier information/training sessions for bid kick-off
- Assist audit and OPs team on escalated invoice discrepancies. Research discrepancy and engage carriers as required
- Collect and Consolidate Carrier data as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Experience in Data Analytics
- Strong competency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrates a high level of customer service and strong communication and interpersonal skills (both listening and speaking)
- Has strong organizational skills (record keeping, time management, follow up, etc.)
