Sr Technical Project Manager

B.S. degree in mechanical, electrical, or aerospace engineering or an equivalent technical field.
9+ years’ experience in design, development, integration, or testing – preferably with aerospace hardware or complex technical systems – and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management.
High attention to detail and strong organizational / coordination skills.
Demonstrated ability in building trusting and effective working relationships that improve team performance and deliver results.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion.
Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Drive decisive action by identifying critical decisions required to progress the program and facilitate decision-making at the program level to ensure alignment and timely execution.
Implement structured change management processes to adapt to evolving project requirement, efficiently process changes, and ensure changes are communicated effectively across the team.
Assist in the verification processes required for government certification of the New Glenn launch system and ensure all documentation and processes meet regulatory standards and requirement.
Strategically drive innovation around tracking and measuring execution performance of development programs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define key milestones, timelines, and resource requirements to form the baseline program plan for the next generation launch vehicle for New Glenn.
Integrate cross-functional, cross-organizational, and geographically separated groups to work towards a single plan in a cohesive manner, fostering collaboration and ensuring all teams are aligned with the program objectives and timelines.
