Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate program status, updates, and risks to key stakeholders and leadership.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g., Agile, Scrum, JIRA, Wrike).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • 8+ years of proven experience in program management, with a track record of successfully managing programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and strategically evolve an incident management program across multiple departments, defining processes, policies, and workflows for incident response and escalation (call trees, on-call schedules, handoffs) to ensure timely and effective resolution of incidents company-wide.
  • Develop and implement communication plans and processes to keep key stakeholders, executives, and customers informed during incidents, providing timely and accurate updates.
  • Establish incident management KPIs, monitor performance, and drive improvement initiatives with broad organizational impact, using postmortem reviews to adjust processes and KPIs.
  • Proactively incorporate learnings from postmortem reviews to improve processes, policies, workflows and KPIs across the organization.
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Engineering teams and executive leadership to develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap, aligning projects and programs with strategic business goals.
  • Develop detailed strategic project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, budget estimates, and risk assessments, for technology roadmap initiatives.
  • Manage technology roadmap initiatives, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery while anticipating future needs.
  • Guide technical teams to ensure accurate capture and tracking of technical requirements.
  • Manage program dependencies, critical path, and potential bottlenecks across multiple programs and initiatives.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, developing and implementing contingency plans to ensure project momentum.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging cross-functional teamwork, knowledge transfer, and effective communication.
