Requirements
- Possess a passion for supply chain and manufacturing that demonstrably makes tangible improvements in operations technology and software to drive automation of manufacturing methods
- Able to bridge and converge Information/Digital Technology with Operations
- Ability to travel up to 20% in and out of home region
- Bachelor’s Degree in with minimum years of experience 4 years (for roles in USA)
- Bachelor’s Degree in with advanced experience (for roles outside USA)
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly review and understand business requirements through the eyes of customers
- Work closely with business partners and other IT teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
- Responsible for the requirements gathering, design, development, and deployment of Manufacturing IT products such as MES and DNC
- Identify end user needs, defining features, user stories to meet those needs in line with the product vision and strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure high-quality delivery on time & on budget
- Take ownership of the soon-to-be defined DNC product for Gas Power and other connecting products
- Act as a bridge between the Engineering and Manufacturing IT organizations

- Strong analytical and strong problem-solving skills – communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions, anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve, creates actionable strategies and operational plans
- Change oriented – actively generates process improvements, champions and drives change initiatives, confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways, balances multiple and competing priorities and executes accordingly
- PMP, ScrumMaster or related Project Management certifications
