Requirements
- 6+ years of experience with Workday Integrations, Reporting, Prism, and/or Data Conversion
- 6+ years of Human Resources, Payroll, Financials, Integrations, Reporting, and/or Data Conversion domain experience in a State & Local Government setting AND 3+ years of experience in a technical role
- 6+ years of experience with Integration, Reporting, and/or Data Conversion workstream ownership and development AND 3+ years of Workday experience
- 8+ years of experience with Workday Integrations, Reporting, Prism, and/or Data Conversion
- 8+ years of Human Resources, Payroll, Financials, Integrations, Reporting, and/or Data Conversion domain experience in a State & Local Government setting AND 4+ years of experience in a technical role
- 8+ years of experience with Integration, Reporting, and/or Data Conversion workstream ownership and development AND 5+ years of Workday experience
- Active Workday Implementer Certification or Workday PRO Certification
Responsibilities
- Lead and project manage integration, data conversion, reporting and/or Prism workstream(s), hitting delivery dates and driving results
- Conduct discovery sessions to develop and document a thorough understanding of customer technical needs
- Design and implement technical solutions to address complex customer and/or vendor requirements
- Assist customers in testing and conduct knowledge transfer sessions to ensure post-production success
- Participate in internal initiatives and process improvement

- Experience working within or with the State & Local Government industry
- Experience taking a leadership role within a software, system, or application implementation
- Advanced skills to design, develop, and deploy integration, data conversion and/or reporting solutions for customers
- Advanced understanding of the complete software implementation lifecycle – including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and move to production
- Advanced skills with Workday integration technologies such as Workday Studio and Orchestrate
- Advanced skills with Workday reporting technologies such as report writer, discovery boards, scorecards, Prism, and dashboards
- Advanced skills with Workday Prism and/or SQL
- Demonstrated learning agility, with the ability to quickly adapt to new situations, learn from experiences, and apply knowledge to solve problems and drive innovation
- Strong technical acumen, including the ability to understand, apply, and troubleshoot technical information and systems to enhance efficiency and problem-solving
- Exceptional solutions design skills, with the ability to analyze business challenges and develop effective solutions that leverage technology and optimize resources
- Strong influencing skills, including persuasive communication and the ability to drive consensus and effectively collaborate with stakeholders
- Ability to travel up to 25%
