Requirements
- 10 Years of corporate experience – operations, configurations, cloud integrations. Experienced can be lesser if knowledge of Technical TMS or Supply Chain industry has been acquired in previous Implementation projects (approx. 5 years)
- Expertise in Integration of TMS product, Azure Architecture, Solution Integration, Quality Assurance, System Testing
- Webservices – SOAP
- Restful APIs
- Oracle RDBMS concepts
- Java
- Windows / Unix OS concepts
- SQL, PL/SQL, BA Cognos, Power BI, OS, DB Maintenance Jobs, Debugging & Trouble shooting knowledge
- Transportation Domain Knowledge is plus
- Data Science, Agile, AI/ML is a plus
- Hands-on Experience on Integrating various applications on Azure Architecture is a plus
- Experience working on Snowflake Platform a plus
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or Engineering or other relevant discipline
Responsibilities
- Serves as a technical owner and attends and contributes to key meetings between Project Manager, Solution Architects, key customer contacts, and customer users, up to and including key executive project sponsors
- Ensure knowledge transfer is conducted with key customer project team
- Communicates business cases to PMG and PD regarding customer specific needs related to product functionality and enhancements
- Interacts with Product Management Group & Product Development Team regarding new releases and new functionality and act as the liaison to communicate to the rest of the team
- Work with Support Services team to make Customer Stable post go-live and venture towards value realization
- Conducts technical analysis sessions with clients and/or the project team to understand the functional needs of the client and develops functional solutions to meet those needs
- Provide variety of support to the project team; including quality assurance/design review, environment setup, software installation, configuration, report and label generation, operation consulting, troubleshooting, system testing, Performance testing & programming
- Works as a senior member of a Cloud team on product implementation, enhancement, managed services, integration, custom from offshore
Preferred Qualifications
- Current or prior experience working in a management consulting organization or Supply Chain Center preferred
