Sr. Tech Product Manager

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
4–6+ years’ experience in product management, particularly in the digital e-commerce industry.
Proven track record of managing complex technical products from conception to launch.
Experience in a senior or leadership role, with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Past scrum team PM experience, working with UX, QA teams, Product releases, insights, VOC analysis is required.
Strong understanding of web technologies, software development processes, APIs, and system architecture.
Proficiency with product management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, content management systems (CMS), and payment gateways.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors in the e-commerce space.
Ability to develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
In-depth knowledge of the digital e-commerce landscape, including trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Deliver customer-centric software solutions and meet business objectives.
Manage complex or high-priority technical products and influence strategic decisions related to the product.
Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.
Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on market opportunities and customer needs.
Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of product milestones.

An advanced degree (e.g., MBA, master’s in technology management) is often preferred.
Product Management certifications like CSPO, PMC-VI or equivalent preferred.
