Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 4–6+ years’ experience in product management, particularly in the digital e-commerce industry.
- Proven track record of managing complex technical products from conception to launch.
- Experience in a senior or leadership role, with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Past scrum team PM experience, working with UX, QA teams, Product releases, insights, VOC analysis is required.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, software development processes, APIs, and system architecture.
- Proficiency with product management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, content management systems (CMS), and payment gateways.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors in the e-commerce space.
- Ability to develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of the digital e-commerce landscape, including trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Responsibilities

- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
Preferred Qualifications
- An advanced degree (e.g., MBA, master’s in technology management) is often preferred.
- Product Management certifications like CSPO, PMC-VI or equivalent preferred.
