Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of working experience
  • 3 plus years of technical recruiting or sourcing i.e. Software Engineers, Data Scientist, Product Managers

Responsibilities

  • Source for technology teams partnering closely with our businesses; participate in intake meetings, build robust sourcing strategies, identify top tier candidates, manage candidates up to the final interview, and ensure a seamless transition to your recruiting partner
  • Develop and employ effective sourcing strategies that deliver strong and diverse talent for current and future needs
  • Collaborate across the Uber Freight TA teams to support process improvements and share knowledge
  • Continue to build innovative approaches in attracting talent through new ways of recruiting
  • Provide a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process with proactive communication and engagement
  • Utilize ATS reports, dashboards, and other tools to illustrate and influence the recruiting pipeline and results
  • Become the subject matter expert on the business/client you support
  • Be knowledgeable about Uber Freight and why people should work here

Preferred Qualifications

  • Agency experience a plus
  • Experience recruiting/sourcing for a variety of roles and levels
  • Successfully collaborated with hiring managers to create job descriptions, interview process, and interview assessment
  • Sourcing passive technology candidates via ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter and/or HireEZ
  • Experience establishing partnerships with cross-functional teams i.e. Recruiting, HR, Compensation
  • Background with global recruitment a plus
  • Ability to prioritize shifting demands in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment
