Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (i.e. Finance, Business, Math, Statistics, Computer Science)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a position having related responsibilities and duties, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, SAS)
- Able to independently develop and support operational reporting tools (e.g. BI, Tableau, Excel, Smartsheet)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences and connect effectively with operational leaders
- Experience with leading and managing cross-functional projects, including developing project plans and timelines
- Experience with Lean/TPS process improvement methodologies
Responsibilities
- Driving operational excellence and strategic decision-making within the healthcare organization
- Providing financial and operational analysis, consulting, project management, and reporting across multiple units
- Interpreting complex data and identifying improvement opportunities
- Supporting senior leaders to operationalize key initiatives and optimize performance
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MBA, MHA, or equivalent)
- Knowledge of healthcare operations, healthcare staffing, and EHRs
