Requirements

  • 4+ years of strategic operations, business intelligence, strategy, data analysis or relevant experience
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with large data sets across Google sheets and dashboards
  • Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute merchandising strategies with a wide variety of Grocery & Retail merchants to optimize product assortment, enhance category performance, and drive sales growth.
  • Continuously refine and optimize the consumer experience by managing custom collections and vertical in-app hubs to drive increased conversion and category adoption.
  • Work closely with Merchant Partners, Marketing, Operations and Commercial teams to ensure high quality storefronts, high impact campaigns, and a high degree of alignment across consumer touchpoints for the Retail vertical.
  • Monitor business trends, customer demand, seasonal variations as well as past performance to outline opportunities and refine seasonal and evergreen campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design item-led compelling promotional campaigns that align with merchandising objectives and increase channel share, while staying attuned to legal guardrails.
  • Develop deep understanding of our consumer segments and anticipate their needs by closely following behavior and patterns to determine their next “best action” in app for upsell.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Merchandising experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills with a proven track record of successfully handling complex partnerships, both internally and externally
  • SQL experience highly preferred
  • Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment – you are comfortable diving deep into data to solve ambiguous business problems.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment, driving outcomes across multiple cross-functional teams.
