Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in IT application support, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting or a similar role within IT, life sciences, or healthcare.
- Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional and cross-organizational initiatives.
- Experience working with JV or external partnerships.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, MES, or other manufacturing platforms.
- Knowledge of Computerized System Validation procedures
- Knowledge of cell therapy specific needs in manufacturing is a plus
- Work in a matrixed team for project execution and delivery
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a customer-service approach.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including external service providers and JV partners.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to interact with users, IT teams, and external vendors.
- Willingness to be on-call outside business hours as required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and incident management.
- Experience with manufacturing operations and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 support for IT applications, addressing transactional issues, system access, and troubleshooting system errors.
- Guide users on application usage and best practices, resolving queries and improving user adoption.
- Act as the primary liaison for Enterprise application (S4)-related issues, collaborating with the application Support team to ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with the Application Support Team, JV Partner Application Lead, and Service Provider for issue resolution, escalations, and system improvements.
- Work closely with vendors and external support teams to drive timely resolutions and system enhancements.
- Create documentation, including user guides and FAQs.
- Assist in testing new system functionalities and enhancements before deployment.
- Serve as the POC during off-business hours for IT support, ensuring seamless business continuity.
- Work closely with the Service Manager to manage Priority 1 issues, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal impact on operations.
- Help maintain detailed records of incidents, solutions, and process improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of cell therapy specific needs in manufacturing is a plus.
