Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD, including reporting, dashboards, and Performance Analytics
- 2+ years of HR reporting (metrics, KPIs, etc.) experience
- 2+ years’ experience with HR technology and systems management
Responsibilities
- Design and build custom reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics solutions in ServiceNow to monitor operational performance needed to pinpoint inefficiencies and drive HR process improvements.
- Leverage expertise in ServiceNow data structure to design, manage, and optimize HR data workflows, pipelines, and automated reporting processes.
- Work closely with HR leadership and COEs to define key metrics, generate performance reports, provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making, and utilize problem-solving skills to address stakeholder concerns
- Configure and implement low to no-code HRSD solutions, collaborating with HR case management to improve data retrieval and reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate and coordinate with key stakeholders and teams to ensure execution of efficient solution testing of HRSD enhancements and improvements.
- Provide guidance to HR teams, deliver end-user training, and maintain comprehensive documentation on reporting processes, analytics, and system configurations.
- Partner with HR, IT, and Data Governance teams to translate business needs into HRSD solutions and effectively communicate updates and changes to stakeholders.
