Requirements
- In-depth experience, knowledge, and skills in communications discipline
- Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities
- High proficiency in West Division Internal Communication tools and platforms, including but not limited to Sharepoint, EmailOpen and ComcastNow
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience
Responsibilities
- Develop, distribute, and measure communication tactics and assets across internal communication platforms
- Support strategy development for communication needs across three customer-facing functions
- Manage the organization, documentation and publication of content for Internal Communications
- Review and edit content of materials to ensure compliance with established communications standards
- Maintain existing documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Create and distribute metrics reports of large-scale communication campaigns
- Support company-wide and functional meetings and events
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
- Engage proactively with the entire team to develop insightful and breakthrough campaigns
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
