Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software development
- 5+ years of experience Leading a team of at least 8 people or more
- Proficient in C/C++ programming language
- Proficiency in systems programming on Windows or Mac, Linux is a plus
- Knowledge of other programming languages like Swift, Objective-C, Go is a plus
- Experience with networking domain is a plus
- M.S./B.S. degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or equivalent military experience
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Innovation, Development and Sustenance of GlobalProtect client product on multiple platforms
- Work with product management to develop and define roadmaps
- Apply knowledge to review and critique system architectures and low-level designs
- Collaborate closely with Support teams to reduce GP call-volume and instill a metrics-driven mentality in the team to reduce the time taken to resolve customer issues
- Interact with quality assurance teams to drive high-levels of Automation in GlobalProtect software
- Introduce processes/discipline in the Engineering team to deliver high-quality software
- Actively communicate (written and verbal) with Executive audience
- Be a reliable mentor and coach for your organization
Preferred Qualifications
