Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
15+ years of software engineering experience, including 8+ years in engineering management.
Strong background in software architecture, distributed systems, and identity management.
Proven track record in delivering large-scale eCommerce/marketplace or SaaS products serving millions of users with a focus on security and reliability.
Expertise in agile methodologies and continuous integration/deployment practices.
Experience leading and growing high-performing engineering teams in a high-growth startup environment.
Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, translating technical concepts into business impact.

Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Define and execute the technical vision for the Browser Extension team, ensuring a seamless and secure customer experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Security, Compliance, and Infrastructure to deliver high-quality solutions.
Establish engineering best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, and deployment pipelines to ensure system reliability and maintainability.
Manage team performance, set goals, and drive accountability to meet business objectives.
Provide technical and strategic leadership, advocating for best-in-class engineering methodologies and tools.

Relevant product leadership experience in E-commerce and/or Identity and Access Management (IAM) space.
Prior experience building production-grade browser extensions for Chrome and Safari, including mobile versions.
Proven success in launching and scaling products from 0 to 1.
Track record of driving innovation and growth for mature products.
