Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience, including a minimum of 3 years specializing in Service/Health Cloud declarative customization
- 5+ years of Salesforce Service/Health Cloud development experience, with demonstrated knowledge of Lightning Web Components and Service/Health Cloud data model
- 3+ years of experience using GIT-based source control systems and CI/CD tools such as AutoRabbit or Copado
- 3+ years working within healthcare, insurance, or payer organizations, with direct involvement in projects supporting patient engagement systems
Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise healthcare software, ensuring project delivery, code quality, and system performance
- Hands-on software development, testing and code reviews; support application and cloud back-end
- Collaborate across teams, prepare technical documentation, and mentor junior developers
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Scaled Agile software delivery methodologies and tools such as Scrum, Rally
- Experience with MuleSoft or other ETL/Middleware tools
