Requirements

  • ServiceNow experience – must be advanced level and have expertise in HRSD, ER, Employee Center Pro, AI, and on current release
  • Understanding of business process management, project management, product development, user experience/voice of customer, and technical change management
  • Knowledge of table structure and understanding of security and roles
  • Business acumen, including critical thinking, problem solving, and collaboration skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to distill complex concepts and tailor communications to cross-functional audiences
  • Proven ability to partner and translate business requirements into system solutions that are scalable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, process mapping applications, case management, and tools used for projects (e.g. Smartsheet, ServiceNow, etc.)
  • Excellent time management and follow through, consistent delivery of results on time and/or as committed or expected by customers
  • Minimum 8+ Years Related Experience
  • Minimum College Degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Develop and analyze reports and dashboard
  • Configuration in lower environment – POC and enhancements
  • Resolve high level, very complex, or previously unknown issues requiring knowledge of ServiceNow Infrastructure
  • Testing including quality assurance and strategies – Develop testing plans based on user stories/requirements including test cases/scenarios and related testing tools to support testing of solution ownership to ensure meets business requirements
  • Improve systems performance by investigating problems and recommending solutions
  • Provide system-related/technical guidance and training when applicable
  • Creates optimization, automation, efficiencies in partnership with other teams (e.g. IT) when required
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT and the greater HRIS team to ensure enhancements are optimally designed, configured, and work well within Intuitive’s systems infrastructure and are scalable
  • Represent the department/function and act as lead on projects or workstreams
  • May lead release cycles and oversee implementation and adoption of the releases working with IT and other key stakeholders
  • Support the implementation or optimization of other modules based on roadmap
  • Maintain awareness and advising on best practices and trends, focus on product and service development, user experience, delivery and support, and applying key technologies
  • May cross-train or guide other as necessary
  • Communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization and to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HRSD or related certification is a plus.
