Requirements
- Knowledgeable in object-oriented programming languages, such as Java and Python
- Ability to build SQL queries for data analysis and debugging
- Solid understanding of Ethernet networking
- Excellent team-oriented communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on demeanor and able to troubleshoot software applications
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other Dexcom teams to develop requirements, design criteria, and testing procedures
- Develop new and maintain existing automation applications based on Inductive Automation’s Ignition platform
- Support manufacturing operations by investigating and solving application issues involving process data collection and integrations with other systems
- Participate in multiple projects ranging from improvements to existing applications to new equipment introduction
- Create and update technical, validation, and administrative documentation following Dexcom’s SLDC methodology
- Perform unit, integration, and validation testing both independently and with other teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Inductive Automation’s Ignition platform is preferred
- Familiarity with equipment automation and discrete manufacturing is preferred
