Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or a related field
- 5 – 7 years of related work experience
- Familiarity with SaaS system management lifecycle and emerging technologies
- Previous customer support experience within CRM/AMS platforms
- Basic knowledge of enterprise system design and basic knowledge of SCRUM or agile methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and solid attention to detail
- Strong understanding of databases
- Strong PC skills, including familiarity with scripting, data tables, and flows
- Ability to guide, train, and learn from others
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Ability to multitask and handle time effectively
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator for AMS, owning platform stability, user experience, and ongoing maintenance
- Determine and implement configuration requirements to ensure agreed-upon delivery of data, services, and system performance
- Coordinate technical requirements and implementation with other systems that integrate or are compatible with the AMS
- Be accountable for the timely review of issues related to the AMS, researching the root cause of issues, and planning and completing the resolution of issues
- Monitor system performance to ensure alignment with standards with the vendor and the business owner
- Create, handle, and refine custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and Lightning components
- Implement and maintain declarative automations: Flow, Process Builder, validation rules, and approval processes
- Handle user setup, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and access
- Perform regular audits to ensure data security, privacy compliance, and alignment to governance standard methodologies
- Own integrations between the AMS system and other tools/systems such as Salesforce, Workday, event, Snowflake, Postgres, etc.
- Evaluate any new tools or products to support evolving business needs
- Provide regular reporting on service ticket status for troubleshooting access issues, data issues, and performance issues
- Provide resources and training for users to ensure maximum efficiency, effectiveness, and use of the AMS
- Assist with the software release process by ensuring that release notes and update sets are properly documented
- Handle activities related to system management, communications, and planning, including establishing quality and efficiency benchmarks that align with service level agreements and organizational standards
- Build and maintain dashboards, advanced reports, and analytics to provide data insights to business leaders
- Manage data imports, exports, de-duplication, and cleansing.
