Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in data analytics within sales planning & operations or adjacent fields
  • 6+ years of experience focused on architecting planning solutions, leading implementation projects, and providing end-user enablement.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional discussions, simplifying complex business requirements.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
  • Expertise in root cause analysis, with the ability to communicate findings clearly to senior leadership.
  • Bachelor degree in business, statistics, economics, or other quantitative disciplines.

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the annual sales planning models, ensuring the seamless execution of the planning and deployment cycle.
  • Manage and refine the in-year territory and quota operations models, supporting critical business functions and ensuring cross functional alignment throughout the year.
  • Serve as product manager, creating a structured feedback loop and strategic roadmap with key stakeholders, ensuring clear delivery milestones and expectations.
  • Enable teams by designing customized training programs to improve the end-user experience and system adoption.
  • Be a thought leader, driving operational efficiency across teams through system automation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • An MBA or other relevant advanced degree is preferred
  • Master Anaplanner or Anaplan Solutions Architect certification is preferred
  • Experience with Pigment implementation is preferred
  • At ease with structuring high volumes of unstructured data to derive insights
  • A talent for solving complex business problems with simple, user-friendly solutions that drive easy adoption.
  • A passion for elevating the team through streamlined process and system automation
