Requirements
- BA/BS Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or Equivalent Degree.
- Minimum 4 years in Sales Operations or like field.
- Proactive approach to learning new skills/tools as needed to fulfill responsibilities of the role.
- Experience in management of sales incentive plans.
- Strong analytical abilities to understand, digest, and succinctly summarize complex data to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/365 and other data analysis tools, VBA/SQL/Python/Compensation software skills are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally to all levels of an organization and with individuals from different cultures/backgrounds.
- Highly motivated individual who can adapt and thrive in a demanding, dynamic, fast-paced work environment requiring a high degree of accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities/deadlines.
- Strong understanding of Sales Operations processes and concepts.
Responsibilities
- Develop/enhance/update complex business reports/dashboards/models to equip internal and external stakeholders with metrics/insights/analytics to assist in key business decisions.
- Support sales leadership in implementing programs and processes.
- Support sales team in identifying business opportunities, answering day-to-day inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational systems and processes.
- Assist with territory planning and sales GTM strategy.
- Assist with the administration, the design, and the execution of quarterly sales compensation plans by analyzing sales performance data, market trends, and company objectives.
- Collaborate with sales leaders, HR, and finance to ensure the compensation plans are equitable, sustainable, and incentivize the desired behavior/sales outcomes.
- Generate regular and ad hoc report to provide insights into sales performance and compensation metrics.
- Communicate compensation plans clearly and effectively with sales team as well as provide ongoing support for inquiries.
