Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years Wireless experience (Required)
• 2-4 years Leadership experience (Required)
• 2-4 years Analytical experience (Required)
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Drives the completion of all the project milestones prior to launch, support during launch, and follow up actions post launch for the merchandising initiatives they own.
• Provide coaching, feedback, project guidance to other team members.
• Leads regular status meetings to ensure in-progress work is tracking. Document milestones, approvals, decisions, and risks. Assign individual responsibilities to project members and hold accountable for tasks/deadlines and maintain standard project management documentation and metrics with minimal direction.
• Leads and owns all execution trade off decisions. Ensures that cross functional teams have identified detailed scenarios and use cases, all corresponding risks have been identified and evaluated and solutions are properly selected.
• Oversee and direct departmental strategy and roadmap and represent needs at leadership meetings.
• Oversee the execution of analysis and resolution of merchandising issues impacting customers and employees.
• Prepare departmental communications and provide status for key projects and metrics.
• Oversees teams and/or manages the execution of creating business process mapping and documentation.
• Build key relationships with internal/external business partners.
• Guides team to proactively find customer experience opportunities and owns subsequent solutions that ensure seamless post launch support of new merchandising initiatives.
