Requirements

  • 10+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in the DoD/IC space, with a strong understanding of security clearance requirements (TS/SCI with CI or FS Poly preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing candidates for proposal efforts, existing prime contracts, and subcontracts
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably iCIMS
  • Strong ability to leverage social media, job boards, networking, and market research to identify and attract top talent
  • Experience with MS Office / Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional organization, planning, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field of study
  • Ability to work collaboratively, take direction, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Passionate about recruiting, high-energy, and a team player

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage candidates through job boards (e.g., Indeed, Clearance Jobs), social media platforms, networking events, and referrals
  • Work closely with business development and capture teams to identify and engage potential candidates for upcoming proposals and contract pursuits
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of cleared professionals, focusing on both active and passive candidates
  • Screen and route resumes to hiring managers
  • Conduct initial screenings and in-depth interviews
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate feedback
  • Extend offers and manage the candidate experience
  • Utilize iCIMS or similar ATS to manage candidate pipelines, post job requisitions, prepare offer letters, and ensure compliance with OFCCP and government contracting regulations
  • Work closely with hiring managers, proposal teams, and HR to align recruitment efforts with contract needs
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends in government and IC recruiting, and recommend process enhancements
