Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Advertising etc.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the Marketing industry
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects concurrently
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to adapt to changing project priorities and work well under pressure
Responsibilities
- Provide operational oversight on multiple $1M+ workstreams
- Partner with Account Team Senior Leads to align on staffing optimizations and workstream priorities
- Understand how to manage and properly resource against a $20M account
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Coordinate project activities, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to project plans
- Identify and manage project dependencies, risks, and issues
- Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and expectations
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
- Conduct regular team meetings and effectively communicate project updates, goals, and expectations
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners
- Communicate project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders in a timely and effective manner
- Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment with project objectives
- Develop and manage project budgets, monitoring expenses and resource allocation
- Optimize resource utilization and identify opportunities to streamline project costs
- Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to secure necessary resources and approvals
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and timeline requirements
- Implement appropriate project management methodologies and best practices
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to minimize disruptions
