Requirements
- 3+ years experience in electrical engineering, computer science or other relevant experience in hardware and software organizations
- 3+ years of project management experience leading innovative engineering innovative technologies
- 2+ years experience leading technical and design product development life cycles
- 2+ years of experience in developing and/or leading Embedded products through development life cycle
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate key technical decisions, providing system technical leadership throughout the lifecycle of new product development projects.
- Define and maintain comprehensive product requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Assess and recommend technology options, contributing to the development and iteration of technology proof of concepts.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
- Participate in and lead technical reviews, ensuring high standards of quality and innovation.
- Develop custom demonstrations and presentations to convey technical solutions to stakeholders.
- Providing technical support to team during and after the implementation of solutions.
- Support and author proposals, white papers, and other opportunity-shaping activities.
- Consistent interaction with both Engineering Leadership and Product Management team to help inform roadmap and priorities.
- Act as a force multiplier within the organization, facilitate cross team, cross department initiatives, and lead sophisticated dependencies.
- Lead, influence and drive process change and improvement and also lead, expand and develop this team and develop critical metrics, program schedules to measure release health, predictability, and achievements.
- Build high level understanding of products, projects and goals and regularly communicate program status and key issue to management.
- Drive the day-to-day operational aspects of embedded solutions development, coordinating across multiple development teams as well as R&D, QA, Release operations, etc.
- Work with development teams on test plans, execution, reviews, failure analysis and assessing overall quality and risk and work closely with engineers on architectural discussions and challenge design choices.
- Ensure that teams and programs run through methods and practices that optimize delivery, minimize risk, and increase efficiency.
- Facilitate and coordinate delivery of this portfolio from demand management and strategic alignment of projects and programs to selection and prioritization, to execution and measuring the achieved results and develop and handle program schedules, achievements, and results.

- Proficiency in embedded software languages, operating systems, and architectures.
- Strong knowledge of wireless technologies and protocols.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to develop and iterate on technology proof of concepts, driving innovation and excellence in product development.
- Strong communication and effective presentation skills with a proven track record to articulate a value proposition to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to multitask, quickly switch context, and be thorough and Think strategically and tactically and to build consensus to make programs successful.
- Consistent track record of delivering critical embedded solution builds, while navigating a fast-paced environment with frequent shift in priorities.
- Excellent organizational skills and Experience in working with distributed team members across different time zones.
