Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in project management and scheduling.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 software.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Experience with software implementation and integration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Coordinate with project teams to gather necessary information for schedule updates.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues.
- Implement project management best practices to ensure efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Support software implementation and integration efforts related to Primavera P6.
- Train and mentor team members on Primavera P6 and project scheduling techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
