Responsibilities

  • Bring our 3-year Early in Career roadmap to life – driving strategic initiatives from concept to execution across the business.
  • Be a strategic driver to business leaders – help them navigate and elevate EIC hiring, development, and retention strategies.
  • Build and scale programs that are inclusive, data-driven, and unapologetically awesome for our future talent.
  • Collaborate with teams across Talent Acquisition, HR, Culture & Engagement, and business units to deliver a seamless, high-impact experience.
  • Analyze results, spot trends, and drive continuous improvement. We don’t just do ‘good enough’ – we push for great.
  • Influence senior stakeholders with compelling stories, metrics, and insights that move the needle.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with university recruiting or leading Early in Career initiatives.
  • Master’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
  • PMP or SPHR certification.
  • A love for fast-paced, people-first cultures (T-Mobile energy is real!).
