Requirements

  • 5+ years building and launching Data & analytics products, with vertical SaaS experience preferred
  • 7+ years of product management experience, with B2B or B2B2C preferred
  • Familiarity and fluency with AI/ML, data science, and database technologies, architectures, and concepts
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance business needs, customer needs, product-market fit, and profitability
  • Experience launching and monetizing products
  • Ability to work in a fast-changing environment with time and revenue pressure and constant ambiguity
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in complex decision-making scenarios
  • Deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize work for maximum impact
  • Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams and delivering results in dynamic environments
  • Strategic thinker capable of analyzing market conditions, competitive landscapes, and industry trends to identify key customer problems
  • Resourceful problem solver with creativity in finding solutions

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Guide the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization, while ensuring successful product commercialization and go-to-market execution
  • Be the market, customer, and product expert within the organization, accountable for bookings, revenue, retention, and margin
  • Gather and prioritize market requirements, maximizing portfolio ROI through the right mix of product initiatives
  • Work closely with the development team to deliver capabilities that meet specified requirements and objectives
  • Develop and articulate a clear product strategy aligned with business objectives and market demands
  • Identify opportunities to address customer problems and drive incremental business value from MVP to launch to beyond
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation
  • Strong communication skills including the ability to articulate the value of prioritized features and how they fit into a larger overall strategy
  • Mastery of Your Product: Serve as an expert on how the data products work, including understanding data ingest, transform, load, table structures, and technical components
  • Customer Centricity: Empathize with end-user problems across verticals and build data-driven, hypothesis-based product requirements that solve for pressing user needs while building community-model monetizable products with a broad product market fit
  • Create and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs
  • Prioritize features and releases based on a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements
  • Clearly articulate the problems that need to be solved for customers and quantify the value to be created
  • Define and deliver the Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for each strategic bet
  • Ownership – Own the product roadmap, P&L, strategy, execution, and GTM E2E
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products on time and within budget
  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and release
  • Make data-driven decisions and continuously iterate on products to optimize performance and user satisfaction
  • Manage capacity and demand for the team, including development, market enablement, bug resolution, and testing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Vertical SaaS experience preferred
