Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, mobility, logistics, compliance, or B2B SaaS.
  • Experience owning a portfolio or launching new offerings in an emerging or adjacent space to core business lines.
  • Proven success with customer discovery, market validation, and go-to-market execution.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate new opportunities from a strategic and financial lens.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to advocate for your product vision with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for a portfolio of ancillary services, aligning with WEX’s broader OTR strategy and customer needs.
  • Enhance and scale existing offerings, including Factoring, Permits, Fuel Tax, EDGE Tire, and other value-added services.
  • Lead discovery and validation efforts for net-new opportunities like insurance, ESG-related solutions, and financial wellness tools.
  • Evaluate build, partner, or buy opportunities, working with business development, legal, and finance teams to assess feasibility and ROI.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure adoption, engagement, customer impact, and revenue growth across the ancillary portfolio.
  • Partner with marketing and sales to develop GTM strategies and support commercial success.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader for ancillary services across the OTR ecosystem.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the OTR, transportation, or fleet services industry is highly preferred.
