Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company’s vision and market opportunities.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Lead, mentor, and empower a team of product managers, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points, incorporating their feedback into product decisions.
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform product strategy, prioritization, and performance evaluation.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging the exploration of new ideas and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in agile product management preferably with launching a cloud product.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and inspiring high-performing product teams and driving transformation within an organization.
  • Ability to develop and execute a clear and compelling product vision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Ability to leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure success.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Experience in the 9-1-1 industry, with understanding of technology trends and their potential impact on product development. Experience with AI/machine learning technologies is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to identify and solve complex problems with creative and innovative solutions.
