Responsibilities
- Focus on observations, research and analytics.
- Translate high-level ideas into tangible, user-centered requirements.
- Coordinate with the rest of the product design team and product managers to create consistent experience language and seamless user flows across products.
- Develop workflows, wireframes, visual designs, specifications and interactive prototypes.
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and the wider business.
- Collaborate with the rest of the product team to discover, define, and prioritize design work.
- Share your knowledge in design review sessions to socialize design and raise team profile across the organization.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
