Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Engineering, Business or equivalent Technical field.
  • Prior Product Development experience, 3-5 years.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage and uphold departmental standards.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and project management skills.
  • Process-oriented, detailed and strong aesthetic sensibility.
  • Ability to be flexible, adapt to changing priorities and prioritize deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) with ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

  • Identifies business opportunities and advance actionable strategies through to specific customer segments and loan types; present recommendations, and results to senior management.
  • Coordinates activities with external vendors, and internal resources for development of digital strategies, website design and product positioning.
  • Creates and expands marketing and sales support content library to support all product development, promotion and sales activities.
  • Utilizes customer journey mapping techniques to assess customer needs and pain points.
  • Analyzes key issues that affect the performance of each of our product lines and any ancillary products that affect card portfolio performance, and then creating actionable leads that translate to deepening member relationships in those areas.
  • Creates and maintains data and reports necessary to manage the quantitative and qualitative performance goals established for products as well as reports to monitor trends, performance and return of campaigns and/or promotions conducted by our dept.
  • Preparing ad-hoc reports and monthly recaps in a Word or PDF document, highlighting qualitative and quantitative trends. Examples include: Quarterly reporting and monthly production of board reports for leadership.
  • Supports, processes, and leads responsibilities related to key activities, projects, and initiatives carried out within the department and organization.
  • Participates in committees and work groups.
