Requirements
- 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM discipline; 6 years of relevant experience with a Masters degree; 4 years of experience with a PhD
- Working knowledge of systems engineering principles and processes
- Working experience with software based systems
- Experience using the DOORS Requirements Management Database
- Able to communicate effectively and clearly present technical approaches and findings to program leadership and customers
- Prior working experience developing requirements and verification processes
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Active TS/SCI security clearance at time of application
Responsibilities
- Lead a team to define, develop, decompose, analyze, verify, and validate requirements
- Interact with the customer and leadership to define and maintain the technical baseline
- Drive the program through maturity and milestones to achieve the mission
- Ensure everything is horizontally synchronized across software and systems engineering teams
- Establish processes to develop requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering languages (SysML, UML) and tools (Cameo)
- Ability to work with a geographically dispersed team
- Excellent technical writing and team building skills
