Requirements
- A degree in Finance
- A strong understanding of technology and/or financial services industry
- Expert in MS-Excel, Word, Sharepoint, Powerpoint, PlanView and MIS
- Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills
- Strong organizational, project management and time management capabilities
- Ability to identify sub-optimal processes and develop process where needed
Responsibilities
- Support PM and delivery leads in managing all aspects of financials (administrative support on Planview and MIS, monitoring of actuals vs plan, forecasting, processing of invoices)
- Maintain proper product allocations for all relevant program/project resources and management level / overhead, coordinate forecasting and recovery within specified products against business sponsors in Planview / MIS
- Manage fixed priced contract recoveries in Planview, ensuring proper amounts are recovered monthly based on SoWs / Invoices, ensuring all FPC are recovered as appropriate
- Automate and support project / product financial reporting across Entity Integration program by using tools like Tableau
- Implement industry standard KPIs such as IRR, ROI, NIAT, etc. to projects/ programs
- Implement governance processes where appropriate, automate and support project / product financial reporting across Entity Integration program
- Track and support project artefacts in adherence to Enterprise Project Management / Agile / Iterative Waterfall Frameworks
- Recording of meeting minutes and action items, support executive and program level reporting as required, Ad-hoc reporting, administrative activities, and other duties when required
Preferred Qualifications
- Change management experience in complex programs with high frequency of requests and multiple priorities
- Technology development skills (eg. SQL, Tableau, etc.)
