Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of program management experience, specifically in HR or People programs a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead global People/HR program delivery in partnership with COEs and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities
- Develop and execute change management and service delivery readiness plans for new and evolving global programs, processes, and practices
- Monitor program performance and service delivery metrics, using data and insights to drive continuous improvement
- Gather and share employee and stakeholder experience feedback to enhance program design and delivery
- Design and deliver enablement, training, and communications for People Services and PEX teams to ensure consistent and effective program adoption
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance both efficiency and employee experience
- Lead and participate in retrospectives to evaluate program outcomes and support iterative improvements
- Support global project execution with strong attention to risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and delivery excellence

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HR platforms, and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Teams, Zoom, Miro)
