Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 3+ years of related experience required
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Frequent use of Outlook, Word, Excel, graphics, etc.
  • Regularly uses moderately complex oral and written skills
  • Handle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously with moderate complexity

Responsibilities

  • Enter new hire information and personnel changes in the HR/Payroll system
  • Follow up for incomplete and/or missing documentation
  • Enter and respond to Garnishments
  • Run weekly and bi-weekly payrolls
  • Respond to inquiries related to job duties
  • Process retro pay calculations
  • Upload pay data
  • Research pay issues
  • Assume other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree
  • If Canadian position – French language preferred
