Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3+ years of related experience required
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Frequent use of Outlook, Word, Excel, graphics, etc.
- Regularly uses moderately complex oral and written skills
- Handle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously with moderate complexity
Responsibilities
- Enter new hire information and personnel changes in the HR/Payroll system
- Follow up for incomplete and/or missing documentation
- Enter and respond to Garnishments
- Run weekly and bi-weekly payrolls
- Respond to inquiries related to job duties
- Process retro pay calculations
- Upload pay data
- Research pay issues
- Assume other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s degree
- If Canadian position – French language preferred
