Requirements
- 4+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud-based solutions to C-levels in a field sales position
Responsibilities
- Build new Managed Service Provider (MSP) partnerships with unique partners that want to build an MSP business alongside Workday for the longer-term benefit of our customers
- Develop pipeline, qualify, and sign new MSP partnerships
- Develop new go-to-market strategies with our partners
- Build and maintain long-term executive relationships
- Collaborate with our Sales and Partner Sales organizations on potential MSP partnerships
- Maintain an accurate and timely pipeline and forecast of partner prospects and revenue
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with structuring and/or managing partnerships with Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners
- Experience of managing 2-3 month sales cycles, including prospecting for a portion of opportunities
- Experience developing deep product expertise on new products and stays up to date with industry trends
- Experience with account planning and coordinating with internal stakeholders to create alignment
- Experience partnering with internal team members on account strategies for prospecting activities and territory management
- Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape of the industry by staying up to date with trends and customer needs so you can effectively position Workday solutions within accounts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
