Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of significant experience in operations management with proven leadership skills.
- Deep understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.
- Strong strategic and performance management skills.
- Attention to Detail: Precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with safety standards.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements.
- Decision-Making Ability: Strong decision-making skills to resolve issues quickly and effectively under pressure.
- A Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) U.S. Security Clearance with a Polygraph is required to start.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily activities across functions, managing department heads.
- Implement operational policies to promote efficiency and positive culture.
- Analyze and improve organizational processes, and work to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.
- Engage with senior management and stakeholders to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
- Maintain Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed the set standards.
- Facilitate Team Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates.
- Other duties as required.
