Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare or insurance technology, ideally with a focus on Medicare
- Strong understanding of Medicare benefit structures and business processes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Responsibilities
- Manage and support the core business application used for Group Medicare operations
- Collaborate closely with the Medicare Product Implementation and Strategy teams to align system functionality with benefit design requirements
- Ensure data integrity and consistency within the application across various product configurations
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Informatics (DDAT), operations, and compliance, to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide guidance to technical and product stakeholders regarding system capabilities and enhancements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Group Medicare benefit design implementation
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools
